4. Content and Copyright

All content created and posted by Social With Sarah on behalf of the Client remains the property of the Client. Social With Sarah will not use the content for any other purpose without explicit consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information shared during the course of the services confidential.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Social With Sarah is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of using our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australia's courts.
